Vika and I were interviewed on a podcast today (Embodied) about hearing loss (and what it’s like to be with someone who has hearing loss).
It was fun (and funny) to remember some of the stories from our early days…
There was the time she locked herself out of the house while I was upstairs, unaware that she was ringing the doorbell…for two hours.
There was the time she came up behind me and whispered, “I want to taste you” and I turned around in a panic and said, “Test me in what!?”
And then there was the time that I somehow lost my hearing aid while we were having sex. We tore the room apart looking for it afterward and couldn’t find it anywhere. Then, as we were saying goodbye, I pulled her in for a kiss only to discover my hearing aid tangled in her hair.
